Feel like you want to make a difference?
Here are some suggestions on how you can help
both our puppy raiser group and the mission of The Guide Dog Foundation.

The Guide Dog Foundation relies on volunteers to raise puppies and spread awareness of the school in Palmetto. Puppy raisers devote a lot of time to the raising of the
puppies in their homes and cover the majority of expenses to do so.

Other volunteers give of their time and help out at various events, sometimes providing transportation, tickets to sporting events and shows. Business owners and club leaders may offer interesting and exciting venues for our meetings where our puppies will be exposed to sights, sounds, smells and distractions that they ordinarily may not get to.

Its a fact that the school cannot run without money so some people choose to
donate directly to the school or sponsor a puppy raiser in the annual Walkathon.
